Brighton’s custom designed HR Portals are hosted, maintained, and updated by Brighton Human Resources employees.  The Portals are capable of supporting multiple state or multiple company employers, and training on navigation and features of the site is provided to all users.  Our site administrator will provide access for new hires and will periodically remove inactive staff to ensure that your custom designed portal contains the most current information for your organization.  Your company’s HR Portal enables personnel to benefit from unlimited access to your dedicated Senior HR Consultant, as well as on-site visits by your consultant for sensitive HR matters.  One of the unique aspects of utilizing a custom HR Portal is the ability to provide different levels of access to your different levels of employees, from senior level executives to entry-level staff.



Brighton’s multi-level HR Materials link features several key components to aid your organization.  The link will contain your employee handbook, which is tailored to your industry and specific company guidelines, and is updated annually to ensure compliance.  Job descriptions are provided for each classification in your organization, and are accessible to exempt and non-exempt personnel.  In addition to job descriptions, job postings will be included on the site and monitored by your dedicated Brighton consultant.  Your organization’s guidelines, such as a record retention policy, whistleblower policy, policy against harassment, etc will also be posted and updated annually to ensure consistency with federal and state regulations.  Also included are the various forms used by your company as well as benefits documents, ranging from tax and time off request forms, to health benefits and 401K plan documents.



The Info Desk link includes your company specific information, such as the mission statement, history, or overview of products and services.  Also contained in this section is the contact information for your dedicated HR consultant to ensure an advantageous relationship between client and consultant.  Direct office and mobile phone numbers will be provided, as well as your consultant’s email field which is sent directly to your consultant and monitored 7 days a week.  Also posted in this section is a list of Frequently Asked Questions and their answers.



Your customized HR Portal will also contain a Newsstand section, featuring monthly newsletters addressing timely and pertinent subjects written by topic specialists.  Also included are opinion surveys that are available to your organization and may be conducted annually.
